The Raj Process Spentwash Drying Mechanism

1. Advanced Evaporation & Concentration
Before drying, the spentwash is concentrated in our Multi-Effect Evaporators (MEE) or Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) systems. This reduces the moisture content to a level where thermal drying becomes highly energy-efficient.
2. Thermal Drying & Solidification
The concentrated wash is fed into the Raj Process Dryer. Utilizing controlled hot air or steam, we flash-dry the material. The result is a fine, free-flowing powder that retains all the nutrient value of the original waste but without the water weight.
