spent wash, Napier grass, agricultural residues, municipal organic waste,
cattle dung, and mixed biomass—into high-purity, pipeline-grade renewable fuel.
Our proprietary Raj MudX™ CSTR technology is engineered for
high-solids Indian feedstocks, with advanced agitation that prevents crust
formation, sedimentation, and dead zones. This ensures complete solids
suspension, stable digestion, higher methane yields, reduced maintenance, and
reliable operation even with seasonal variations in feedstock availability.
The biogas is purified using Raj Process' patented
technologies. Our chemical-free biochemical H₂S removal system eliminates
direct oxygen contact, reducing explosion risk, nitrogen dilution, and chemical
consumption. CO₂ is then removed through our chilled-water scrubbing
technology, using water as the sole absorbent in a closed-loop system. The
result is Bio-CBG with 98–99%+ methane purity and consistent performance from
40–100% plant load.
For additional protection, our Catalytic Adsorber provides
efficient H₂S reduction before upgrading and compression. Raw biogas passes
through specialized catalytic media, significantly reducing H₂S, corrosion,
equipment damage, and maintenance while protecting compressors and downstream
purification systems.
