Open Testbed – Bring Your Feedstock
We run a commercial Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant of 12 TPD that doubles as a living testbed. Customers can trial biomass like Napier grass, paddy straw, press mud, distillery spent wash, agri-residues, and food waste—end-to-end from digestion to upgraded Bio-CNG.*

Hydrogen, Power-to-X & Biogas-to-Hydrogen
Our hydrogen bay supports electrolysis and biogas-to-hydrogen pathways to compare efficiency, purity, and OPEX. We also evaluate compression, storage, and downstream options to deliver lowest-cost, lowest-carbon configurations.
Carbon Capture & Utilization (CCU)
Our CCU area features CO₂ capture modules with utilization pilots for methanol/methane synthesis and process-use CO₂. We benchmark energy use, adsorbent stability, and conversion efficiency, while delivering PFD/P&ID updates and integration plans.
2G Ethanol Pilot Line
From pretreatment and enzymatic hydrolysis to fermentation and dehydration, our 2G line is designed for bagasse, paddy straw, bamboo, and agri-residues. We provide conversion yields, enzyme dosages, inhibitor profiles, and trusted scale-up factors.
Drying & Evaporation Pilots
- Dryers: Spray, rotary, ATFD, paddle—for powders, granules, sticky solids
- Evaporators: Falling film, forced circulation, multi-effect with MVR/MVRE
Trials measure moisture profiles, fouling behaviour, energy indices, and product quality to finalize specs and duty points.
Mixing, Utilities & Full-Loop Runs
Industrial mixers, boiler & thermal utilities, and auxiliary systems reproduce real plant conditions. We run continuous/batch trials, test cleaning regimes, and validate logic before investment.
